Booking with Travel Sarthi is quick and easy! Just choose your package, share your travel dates, and we'll take care of the rest. A small advance of 50% confirms your booking – the remaining 50% is due just a day before you travel. We accept all major payment methods like UPI, bank transfers, and credit/debit cards for your convenience. Once confirmed, we'll send you a detailed voucher with everything you need to know. If you have any questions, please reach out to us within 48 hours – we're always here to help!
We understand that plans can change unexpectedly. Here's how we handle cancellations with fairness for everyone: • If you cancel more than 30 days in advance – we return 80% of your amount (20% covers our booking efforts) • Between 15 to 30 days – we return 50% of your amount • Less than 15 days or no-show – we're unable to offer a refund During peak season (December 10 to January 20), bookings are non-refundable due to high demand. If you ever need to cancel due to flight issues, we're genuinely sorry, but we can't offer refunds for unused services.
Your comfort and safety mean everything to us! Our professional drivers are available from 9 AM to 7 PM. If your journey requires night travel (between 10 PM and 6 AM), we kindly add a small night allowance of ₹200. The AC is thoughtfully turned off in hilly areas or when the vehicle is parked to protect the engine. We operate only on safe, accessible roads – your safety is our priority. Please note that extra charges apply if the vehicle is used beyond the planned itinerary. For sightseeing, each location is visited once, and parking charges are covered at tourist spots (extra at malls, markets, or hotels). For luggage, we recommend packing light – roof carriers are not allowed in most places, and CNG kits reduce luggage space.
We want you to have a comfortable and relaxing stay! Hotel check-in and check-out times are typically between 10 AM and 2 PM. Early check-ins or late check-outs depend on hotel availability – we'll always try our best to accommodate your needs. If you request any additional services during your stay, they will be charged directly by the hotel. Package dates can be rescheduled based on hotel availability, though additional costs may apply. All services are provided as per prevailing government guidelines to ensure a smooth experience for you.
We always hope for the best, but sometimes nature or circumstances have other plans. Here's what you should know: • In case of natural calamities, weather conditions, or political disturbances, we cannot offer refunds • If your flight is delayed or cancelled, we're unable to refund unutilized services • Additional costs due to landslides, road closures, strikes, or fuel price hikes need to be borne by the guest on the spot • Monuments and museums may close on national holidays – missed visits are beyond our responsibility We strongly recommend travel insurance – it's your safety net against unforeseen events and gives you complete peace of mind!
